Paolo Manzone Barolo Serralunga 2006

Editorial Review by Gregory Dal Piaz:

Herbal, sweet, floral, perfumes, rosehip, lingonberries, nice fruit, very fresh and distinct aromas, camphor, a touch diffuse in the mouth, nice flavor profile, the wine lacks a bit of focus though. Lovely layered complex, herbal, fruit, earthy, mineral, and almost peppery spice in the mouth, finishes short and small with red fruits and nice spice.

Paolo Manzone:
Luisella e Gian Paolo are the landly and the landlord who will be glad to receive you to spend a nice holiday in the Langhe. They will suggest interesting routes around the countryside and you will be able to taste the wines producted in their wine farm

I don’t know what this is... rose extract, beef extract, candied, old candied, grandmother’s candies, mothballs, big, extracted, loose, minty, thin mints on the finish, old.
