Paolo Manzone:
Luisella e Gian Paolo are the landly and the landlord who will be glad to receive you to spend a nice holiday in the Langhe. They will suggest interesting routes around the countryside and you will be able to taste the wines producted in their wine farm
Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Layered Rice Pudding

RiceSelect's fragrant Jasmati® is blended with eggs, milk and fall's favorite spices, cinnamon and nutmeg, to create a delicious rice pudding, which is layered on top of fluffy cream cheese and abuttery pecan crust. Pairs well with a bold, tawny port with flavors of dried fruits, nuts, and spices.

A nose of ripe berries, leather and toasted oak leads to tobacco, cherry and hints of rose petals. A powerful yet elegant expression of the Serralunga area of Barolo.
