Tasting Notes: Mature mouth, concentrated, great structure and long end. Concentrated and attractive nose, with raspberry aromas, red fruits, cassis and an elegant vanilla touch contributed by the barrel. Percentage Grape: 100% CABERNET SAUVIGNON Soil: Alluvial origin, with very good drainage Growing Climate: Tempered Mediterranean Date of Harvest: April Vinification Method: Cold maceration at 10 °C, fermentation at 23-26°C, soft raisings, short maceration with the skins. Color Intensity: Deep red with some violets notes. Alcohol Percentage: 13.5 % PH: 3.74 Sugar Rate: 0-5 g/l Total Acidity: 3.12 g/L
