Tasting Notes: Mature mouth, concentrated, great structure and long end. Concentrated and attractive nose, with raspberry aromas, mint and pepper with an elegant vanilla touch contributed by the barrel. Soil: Alluvial origin, with very good drainage Growing Climate: Tempered Mediterranean Date of Harvest: April (Cab.Sau.) May (Car) Vinification Method: Cold maceration at 10 °C, fermentation at 23-26°C, soft raisings, short maceration with the skins. Color Intensity: Deep red with some violets notes. Alcohol Percentage: 13 % PH: 3.68 Sugar Rate: 0-5 g/l Total Acidity: 3.43 g/L
