- Shea is consistently our most forward Pinot, offering early accessibility for a single vineyard wine, yet with significant aging capability. Its palate is sweet red berries, lavender and earth, and is probably our most Burgundian wine. Our production of 1050 cases of Shea was aged 16 months in 40% new French oak, and bottled February 29, 2000.
