PASO ROBLES, CA, September 2007- “Harvest on California’s Central Coast is larger than life!” Local winemakers get a taste of what some call full-bodied grapes with sizeable personality. “Luckily we were able to capture about 100 unruly grapes for the making of this bottle of wine before they had a chance to do some big damage,” says a top wine grower from the area. Crushed at their prime, the BIG DAY WHITE grapes contain delicious flavors of pear, kiwi and melon, honeysuckle, jasmine and orange blossom. Serve with butternut SQUASH soup, chicken apple sausage, sautéed vegetables, or grilled fish. 60% Sauvignon Blanc 27% Chardonnay 12% Gewurztraminer 1 % Pinot Blanc
