- This latest release has a wealth of classic cherry and raspberry aromas on the nose, with just a hint of oaky spice. Gentle tannins give it a very stylish flavour profile, adding grip without taking away from the deliciously ripe fruit. Its excellent with lamb, a standout with duck and works surprisingly well with red-fleshed tuna, just seared so its still rare in the middle.
