Delicious! Les Pallieres proves that it's one of the Rhone's best with this lovely Gigondas. 80% Grenache, 5% Syrah, 5% Cinsault, and 5% "other". It was really tight out of the bottle, but opened up nicely of the course of an hour into a lovely refined wine. Silky tannins and a long, pleasant finish made this a joy to drink.
