"Specifically from the Paardeberg Mountain granite gravel terraces, thisis a supreme blend of 30% Chenin Blanc, 30% Viognier, 20% Grenache Blanc, 20%Chardonnay a pinch of Roussanne, aged for 18 months in French oak. Low,low yields of 16 hl/ha gave high levels of dry extract structure, withminerally fruit stone flavours coursing through the wine.
