Grape variety: Agiorgitiko 100% 3 days cold maceration, 21 days maceration and fermentation at approx. 20-25 C. Lees stirring for 2 weeks. 18 months aged in oak barrels, 25% American oak, 75% French oak. 6 months aging in bottle.
