A blend of three traditional and well known red wines, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc exclusively from our Neufeld vineyards. Deep red colour with a tint of pale straw hue, the blend boasts a full-body, full flavoured character. Hints of blackberry, casis, vanilla and toasted oak abound after 24 months of barrel ageing. Enjoy with many meats: beef, pork, veal and wild game. Great with hearty winter soups. A versatile red wine with many hearty foods as well as BBQ dishes and character cheeses.
