Winemaker's Notes:

Tasting Notes: Wine with an intense purple red color, of complex aromas, with noticeable presence of toasted coffee, spices and berries. Round, full flavour and persistent. Aged for one year in barrel and two years in bottle. Ideal to be serve at a temperature of 17°C. It is recommended to open the bottle at least half an hour before consumption. Percentage Grape: 33% Cabernet Sauvignon, 33% Merlot, 33% Syrah Growing Climate: The warehouse is surrounded by vineyards and oak trees, For its construction rustic bricks, wood and stone, gathered in the property, where used. The soil characteristics consist of limestone and loam; previously was part of sea bottom, its vegetation is formed by a variety of oaks and aromatic plants families, like rosemary, thyme and lavender. Type of Harvest: Hand picked Vinification Method: The vineyard is located at 900 ms of altitude, with a very cold winter and dry summer, warm by day and fresh at night, therefore the grapes, harvested by hand, mature very slowly. The fermentation room of is composed of small cone shaped stainless steel deposits, with automatic temperature control. It's in this place where the vinification process takes place. Cold maceration, controlled fermentation and manual rotation of the juice to have a better contact with the skin. The American and French oak barrels are stored in several underground rooms, at a constant humidity and temperature.
