- Pale yellow in color with a bright sparkle throughout. What a fun, expressive nose with candy pear notes interlaced with vanilla, cream and hint of white peach flesh. In the mouth, this wine is fully dry and creamy with a delicious lingering citrus finish. Simple and expressive, this is a wine I can easily imagine sipping on the roof either alone or with a light spinach and fresh cherry tomato pasta sprinkled with cured manchego cheese.
