A beautiful wine, showing excellent freshness and youth backed up by the variety's characteristic firmness and texture. I enjoyed a bottle with a quick meal grilled tuna with steamed Potatoes, carrots and silverbeet served with aioli. This wine will be on the list next time I prepare Le Grand Ailoi see
