Add your reviewThis poured from the bottle very purple, giving me some pause as to what was to follow. And my first sip or two after decanting was a bit dusty, but given hand an hour or so in the air and each sip got better and better. This is a good wine, that begins very much with a prune flavor, and follows with lilac and mild herbs, finishing with a very satisfying and mild mineral bitterness. I'm having it this evening with a lentil and beef suasage stew, and the two are doing well together.
