Add your reviewStrong scent of lime and apple. Thick, sturdy legs that cling to the glass, but not sickly sweet and syrupy. Powerful burst of lime, peach, apple, and just a hint of tropical fruits, with an abrupt and slightly mineral finish. A very interesting dessert wine, managing to be thick and strong without any honey notes at all - this is great for super hot days because it won't be excessively sweet. Serve this with tiramisu, cheesecake, panna cotta, cinnamon apple pie and ice cream, after a citrus-heavy main course of chicken or fish, Mediterranean or Persian food, or with green olives and mild cheese.
what a beautiful gold colour, a perfect match for the holidays, the viscosity is slightly thicker than water. a great texture !!!!! 10.5%Abv, 16.0% residual sugars smells like dried fruits; apricots, apples and grapes. the smell makes me salivate!! in an amazing way <3 on first taste; oh yeah!!! thats good, nice acidity, well balanced. slight bitterness to the short finish. very light body!!! could have a higher acididty and fuller body, but quite outstanding all in all this Ice wine from Columbia Valley AVA, is pairing great with the local red table grapes i picked up on the east coast in early December as well with the soft brie cheese from France. out standing rating: 88 grapes
