Editorial Reviews for Pacific Rim Framboise
There is of course an overwhelmingly fruity raspberry nose here but under all that sweet fruit is a wonderfully complex herbal, herbaceous, forest floor streak that remind be of Burgundy. Together they give this a slightly medicinal note especially with some late to emerge licorice notes. This is frankly sweet but full of delicious, pure raspberry fruit upfront then that licorice tone asserts itself on the backend before releasing the palate and allowing the raspberry fruit to return, this time with a gentle underlay of medicinal herbs. This is super fun and many people would be totally wowed by this. It’s a fine way to end a meal and an ideal drink to serve with chocolate!

raspberry dessert wine you don't know what a truly transcendent treat you're missing. Framboise is like drinking liquid raspberries. The taste experience is intense with fresh floral aromas and bright red fruit flavors. It's unlike anything you've ever put in your mouth.
