What to Expect

Chardonnay is America's most popular grape and with good reason. Made in styles that range from steely, mineral laced wines with crisp green apple fruit to wines that are buttery, rich, and laden with tropical fruits, there is a Chardonnay that will appeal to every palate. Chardonnay is most closely associated with France's Burgundy region and California's Northern valleys though it has proven successful around the globe.

Winemakers Notes

Cool Pacific breezes and the Santa Barbara climate have given our handpicked Chardonnay a rich texture and generous layers of ripe fruit. Eleven months of aging in French oak barrels has added an elegant complexity to the citrus, pineapple and tropical flavors of this classic vintage.

fruit driven, aromatic and well balanced with many cuisines. Not a flabby overoaked Chardonnay for once.

Rating: 90/100 - As reviewed by AmericanWinery.com This white wine has me feeling like a crazy episode of the Simpson's. The nose is intoxicating with this Krusty the Klown, huge cotton candy cloud. Itchy and Scratchy are throwing rocks and mandarin oranges at me from the bottom of my glass, and then, when it hits your lips it's like a forbidden donut. It's off dry and leaves a warm mouth feel with hints sweet and salty kettle corn. It's finish is creamy like Cool Whip - or better yet. . . . pistol whip. Mmm - pistol whip.

Rating: 90/100 - As reviewed by AmericanWinery.com Tangelo's are crazy looking. Kinda like an outie belly button (thanks Lindi). This wine is kinda crazy. Super sweet on the nose and then off dry full mouth feel with a semi hot salty popcorn finish.

Rating: 91/100 - As reviewed by AmericanWinery.com The smell action sensation I'm getting right off the bat is an interesting mixture of banana, minerals, with some sweet/sour apple... this piques my curiosity, so I taste... Whoa! Flip side of the coin demonstrates some serious buttered popcorn with smooth creamy goodness laced with sweetness. Yum!

Rating: 91/100 - As reviewed by AmericanWinery.com This wine is an original and truly delicious offering! All of the aromas and flavors remind me of when I was in grade school and got to spend the day at the Puyallup Fair. The nose starts off with a distinct green banana component, reminding me of wholesome breakfasts to start out my day. The flavors are distinct cotton candy with an undertone of popcorn, the food offerings most popular (if you don't count funnel cakes!) at the fair. And the finish is candy-style buttered popcorn, like the skin stuck to my back teeth that I can't seem to get out with my tongue on the ride home. Not only was this read more...
