Sauvignon blancs with lots of lively, penetrating unique Marlborough fruit characters. Gentle pressing, controlled cool fermentation and bottling immediately after winemaking is completed captures all the fresh varietal flavours and aromas that are present. Oyster Bay Sauvignon Blancs have a concentration of fresh, ripe tropical and gooseberry flavours, very aromatic, lively and lingering.

Very crisp with a grapefruit taste. I really liked this with some cheese and bread
