Owen Roe Red Blend Yakima Valley 2007

Winemaker's Notes:

24% Merlot, 43% Cabernet Franc, 33% Cabernet Sauvignon. The fruit is from several small vineyards from the cooler western end of the Yakima Valley region. The bright berry Merlot and fragrant notes of Cabernet-Franc are wonderfully framed by the structure and acidity of the Cabernet Sauvignon, creating a beautiful mouth filling and deeply aromatic wine.

Owen Roe:
Since our first vintage in 1999, Owen Roe winery has been working to produce exceptional, hand crafted wines. We are especially committed to the low vigor hillside vineyards of Yakima Valley Washington. These vineyards yield fruit with low pH and high acidity, both harbingers of age-able wines.
