A straightforward Barbera from the Piedmont region of Northern Italy - full of red fruit flavors.
Ottone I, named after Otto I, a local noble who became the first Holy Roman Emperor, is made from Barbera grapes grown on the estate’s south-facing vineyards in the hills of Langhe. The wine is aged for 9 months in oak casks, producing a soft and straightforward Barbera that drinks great with a variety of cuisines.
