O'Shaughnessy Cabernet Sauvignon Mt. Veeder 2002

Winemaker's Notes:

95 points Robert Parker: I was blown away by O'Shaughnessy's 2002 Cabernet Sauvignon Mt. Veeder. Sadly, only 147 cases were produced. It is a stunning opaque purple-colored wine with a remarkable nose of sweet cherries, black currants, spice box, cedar, and a touch of oak. In the mouth, it is full-bodied, seamlessly constructed, with terrific purity, a multilayered mouthfeel, and a blockbuster finish with no hard edges. This irresistible Cabernet should age effortlessly for 12-15 years. (Dec 2005)
