This is quite perfumed if a bit crazy on the nose with notes of black tea, orange oil, red hots, and rust accenting the spicy and floral strawberry fruit. A bit flat and broad in the mouth, though this does deliver some nice, slightly jammy, orange pith toned, strawberry and blackberry fruit on the palate framed with brisk if modest tannins and juicy acids. The finish is a bit dry, though the wine remains rather lightweight with black berry and black currant notes. Just a little chunky and rustic, this has decent balance and nice flavor intensity. 85pts

Named 7 due to the number of varitals used in the blend. A delightful wine that is a fine companion for tapas and paella.
