Vineyards | Winemaking Clay and gravel soil over a limestone base. 50 to 70 year old vines from southwest of Pomerol. Hand picked and sorted. Cold fermented for 8-10 weeks at 12 degrees Celsius. Grapes 100% Merlot. Tasting Notes Aroma: Bursting with scents of summer fruits. Taste: Rich and full with flavors of strawberry, raspberry and blackberry with a lasting finish.
