Aroma: Caramelized citrus, vanilla, smoke and spice.

Taste: Unctuous with ripe apricot and a long finish.

Name story: Ondine is named for the mythological water nymph who was so alluring she caused a mortal to fall tragically in love with her.

Vineyards and winemaking: Old vines with an average age of 35-40 years on sandy and clay gravel soils. Barrel fermented and aged for 26 months in French oak (50% new).
