Soil: mixed, loose earth with presence of limestone<br/><br/>Vinification Length: 10 days<br/><br/>Vinification Method: 50% Sangiovese - 50% Montepulciano. Maceration in red for approx. 6/9 days with reassembling and if necessary shedding in oak vats of 60 hl, malolactic and refining in new barriques from 30 to 36 months in steel and another 10 months minimum in bottles.<br/><br/>Vinification Temperature: 25/28°C<br/><br/>Type of Wood: prestige<br/><br/>Level of Toast: medium tosted<br/><br/>Malolactic: yes<br/><br/>Extract: 40<br/><br/>PH: 3,40<br/><br/>Aging Time: 30/36<br/><br/>Sugar Rate: 0-5 g/l<br/><br/>Total Acidity: 6,25<br/><br/>Cork Material: natural cork<br/><br/>Cork Size: 25x45
