O'reilly's Riesling Oregon 2007
100% stainless steel fermentedThis is the first vintage of the O'Reilly's Riesling since 2003 and we are very pleased with the results. The grapes were sourced from some of the best sites in the western part of the Yakima Valley, with the majority of fruit coming from our very own Outlook Vineyard. This wine is just ever so slightly sweet.
Bright, slightly sweet. Much tastier than the Gris.
Very sweet, seemed like a lot of residual sugar. Fairly smooth, nice citrus on the nose. First wine of the day...Good/Very Good - 84 points.
Great example of a Washington Riesling. There's some sweetness (.7% residual) but it's well balanced with acidity. Very fruity and good length. One of the best values out there.
