Oops Carmenere-Merlot 2007

External Review by WineChateau.com:

With its light touch of oak and lush addition of Merlot, this is an extremely versatile choice with many kinds offoods. Enjoy with grilled meats, braises and stews, grilledsalmon steaks, lamb, duck, and quail. Also excellent withcasual fare such as burgers, pizza, pasta, and soups.
