Oomoo Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc 2011

Winemaker's Notes:

Pale straw in colour with green hues. Aromas of passionfruit and gooseberry are complemented with hints of fresh lime juice. Juicy and vibrant palate mimics the gooseberry and grassy characters seen on the nose. The fruit sweetness provides a full and soft palate although a strong backbone of racy acid holds the wine thightly together and provides the wine with refreshing minerality leading to an impressive finish.
