Very good, affordable priorato. If you can find it, well worth a try!
The DOQ Priorat has become quite popular in the US over the past couple of years. The 2005 (like the 2004) is a fantastic introduction to this region. The deep, dark, ruby red color is just the beginning! It tasts of ripe fruit and has a wonderful finish. Stock up on this one if you can still find it.
