Onehope Winery Chardonnay California 2006
50% of profits from Chardonnay sales will be donated to charities who support the fight against Breast Cancer. Our Chardonnay displays textbook varietal characteristics, with golden straw color, apple and citrus flavors, medium body, and a crisp yet smooth finish. With its light acidity and even texture, the wine is an excellent choice for before dinner and pairs magnificently with a wide array of appetizers. It moves into a meal with ease, matching well with grilled or broiled fish and seafood as well as poultry dishes. Grapes for our 2006 Chardonnay were chosen from across California's best coastal growing regions, known for producing Chardonnay with excellent acidity and balanced flavors, including select Central Coast appellations, Mendocino County and Sonoma County.
Mmmm... medium body with apples and citrus spritz, a bit of a lingering finish. I enjoyed this one with broiled fish and it was delicious and for a great cause! 50% of profits go to fighting against Breast Cancer.
The OneHope Chardonnay is my favorite wine to serve to friends and family. Even the most vocal "Anything but Chardonnay" drinkers enjoy OneHope and reach for a second glass. The wine has flavors of apples and citrus with crisp finish.
I love the Chardonnay, and support the fight against breast cancer.
