Cabenet Sauvignon: Originally of French origins, this versatile grape produces exceptional wines around the globe. It's usually medium to full bodied with a fine structure that supports black and red fruit flavors with typical notes of olive, chili and herbs that add complexity.

Winemakers Notes

50% of profits will be donated to non-profits who support the fight against Autism. Our Cabernet Sauvignon is a dark crimson, with ripe berry and plum aromas, accented by toasty oak and vanilla. On the palate, dark fruit flavors are balanced by silky tannins and a lingering finish. The wine is full-bodied and complex, displaying classic Cabernet structure and finesse. Suitable pairings might include roasted or grilled meats such as leg of lamb, prime rib or porterhouse steak. The 2006 Cabernet is my favorite wine from OneHope. It's an approachable cab with flavors of berry and vanilla. I enjoy it with anything from the BBQ or even a glass by itself.
