Dusty, cedary nose. Aromas of dark cherry, red currant, black tea, violets, leather and spice. Dark fruit dominates the palate, with flavors of blueberry, black cherry, black raspberry and some plum. Fleshy, with nice structure. Juiciness builds and it turns prettier and more red toward the finish. Tasty wine and nicely built. 92 pts. 3/16/13
