"The color is a dark ruby and opaque. The nose exhibits classic black fruits like black cherries and blackberries along with leather, spices and a touch of smoke. It is elegant yet full bodied with excellent depth, beautiful ripeness with good acidity giving it great complexity. The finish lingers in your mouth long after the wine is gone. Although approachable now with a good decanting, this wine will continue to develop for many years and will reward patient cellaring."
