Winemaker's Notes:

"Saint Aubin 1er Cru "En Remilly" is just above and west of the Grand Crus of Puligny-Montrachet at the summit of the same hillside. With very good exposure (southwestern), this slope has been planted in Chardonnay for 20 years, and is now regaining its former place long after the devastation of phylloxera. Over the years, the intensity of these wines has grown to such an extent that they equal certain Pulignys. One finds hints of almonds, cinnamon, spices and beeswax with a fine, elegant structure. Remilly is certainly an excellent value on the wine market today."-www.olivier-leflaive.com
