Absolutely great value for this mineral, well balanced Saint Aubin, with notes of pear on the palate. Make him meet a cod fish back with a white butter and some miitake, a very tastefull combination of flavours.

Saint Aubin En Remilly 1er Cru Olivier Leflaive Olivier Leflaive has a remarkable feel for quality fruit in Burgundy as well he might given the fact that he is the nephew of Vincent Leflaive, the imperious director of Domaine Leflaive for over 3 decades. His Pulignys, Chassagnes and Meursualts are invariably delicious and charming. We are especially fond of his wonderful St. Aubin from the best vineyard in this under-rated region situated above and between Chassagne and Puligny. A most satisfying blend of richness, earthiness and lively acidity, Leflaive's En Remilly is truly one of the great values in white Burgundy!
