Winemaker's Notes:
The most celebrated white wine village in Burgundy, Puligny-Montrachet has soils of calcareous clay, rich in limestone, with good drainage and excellent exposure. Made from a cuvée ronde blend, from the 21 different plots in the Puligny-Montrachet village AOC. The growing is made 100% French oak barrels with 20% of new oak. Main identity is highlighted with aromas of honey, citrus, exotic fruits and white flowers, with a very long and complex mineral finish.
