Fresh and floral on the opening whiff, supplemented by a bracing minerality. Bright citrus and lemon along with flashy acidity make for a pleasantly vibrant mouthfeel. Selected from vineyards in Puligny-Montrachet (60%) and Meursault (40%). A sophisticated Bourgogne which is given fermentation in Allier barrels.
