A nice, soft table wine. A cross between a blush and a red, works well with any food. Good budget wine, easy tasting and smooth.
The first time I tried this red was at a friend's house, and i had thought that he was pulling a prank on me by filling my glass with Welch's grape juice. I detected no faint whiffs of alcohol, only the sweetness of concord grapes. I could easily put a couple bottle's of this down on any given day. Only $7.99 locally. Well done Oliver's.
I love this wine. It has a natural grape taste,with a natural sweetness. Some budget reds have dry bitterness to them with an overly sugary sweetness. Not so with this wine. Try with italian bread, pepperoni, and good Italian cheeses.
