Old Vines Reserva Tempranillo Bodegas Navarro Lopez Spain-Valdepenas 2000

Winemaker's Notes:

Dark cherry red colour with ruby red and bluish shimmer. Full-bodied and with good structure. Aromas of mature fruit like plum, blackberry and jam are in perfect harmony with varied spicy notes of natural liquorice, vanilla, cacao and cinnamon. Smooth toasts of French and American oak contribute with a bit variety of aromatic sensations. On the palate excellent balance of fruit, alcohol, acidity and tannins. Smooth, complex and rounded with a pleasant long aftertaste. Serving Temperature: 16-18 ºC Serving Recommendation: To accompany lamb, bar-b-qued, vegetable based casseroles, mature cheeses.
