Adam and Helene Tomah, proprietors of the superb Ojai winery make this superbly dry Rose from a blend of Pinot Noir and Syrah. It sports a sparkly salmon copper colored wine with luscious cinnamon, orange peel and dominant cranberry characteristics in the taste and aroma.

Winemaker's Notes:

A dark ruby/purple color is followed by aromas of leafy blackberry and cherry fruit intertwined with spice box licorice and earth. It is a lovely supple-textured Syrah to drink over the next 3-7 years.
