A well-balanced wine with green apple flavors and a crisp finish. Slightly creamy in texture with a light, clean body. Subtle oak overtones allows the fresh Chardonnay fruit to showcase itself on the palate.An overall good food wine. Serve with: Chardonnay is often preferred with strongly flavored sauteed or grilled fish, chicken, rabbit and small game dishes. Serve with herb-scented cream sauces, mussels, diced chicken and veal. Pair with cauliflower and asparagus hollandaise. It is lovely with brie, camembert or saga blue cheeses.
