Oak Ridge Winery Sauvignon Blanc Lodi Gnarled Vine 2010
This wine is un-oaked and has a smooth and refreshing grapefruit overtone. If chardonnays are too heavy for you then this is the wine for you. It goes great with summer salads and light appetizers. Old vines, gnarled & sculpted by time, produce small yields of intensely flavored fruit. Every vintage is a rebirth of rich varietal character & a unique expression of the land.
Oak Ridge Winery was founded in 1934 as a winemaking cooperative of local growers. During the last 8 years a historic landmark has been transformed into a state-of-the-industry winery. Today we are family-owned and operated, proud of our heritage and passionate about creating wonderful wines.
