O By Gilles Louvet Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot 2010
Terroir: The river stones of the old Rhone’s riverbed, from the east part of Languedoc reflect the sun light during day time and release heat during night time, allowing a complete ripening process of the aromas and the tannic structure. Winemaking notes: Fermented and macerated for two weeks at a controlled temperature. Aged in concrete tanks for 12 months.
RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.
A lovely brilliant black color and a scented bouquet of mild spices, cloves and blackberries. Rich on the palate with very mellow tannins, revealing good balance.
