A lovely brilliant black color and a scented bouquet of mild spices, cloves and blackberries. Rich on the palate with very mellow tannins, revealing good balance. This full bodied wine releases aromas of berries along with slight roasted-coffee notes. Serving Suggestions: Enjoy at 60 °F with red grilled meats or matured cheese.

Winemaker's Notes:

Terroir: The river stones of the old Rhone’s riverbed, from the east part of Languedoc reflect the sun light during day time and release heat during night time, allowing a complete ripening process of the aromas and the tannic structure. Winemaking notes: Fermented and macerated for two weeks at a controlled temperature. Aged in concrete tanks for 12 months.

On the palate it is rich with very mellow tannins, revealing good balance. With its woody style, this full wine releases aromas of small black fruit along with slight roasted-coffee notes.
