100% Monastrell aged 6 months in French and American oak. Dark ruby in color, with aromas of earth, herbs, red berries and toasty oak. Plums, cassis and chocolate flavors all show up towards the end after a mid-palate delight of sweet cherries. Works well with sirloin beef kabobs, mushroom infused risotto served with double thick veal chops, and center cut pork chops on-the-bone.

Super lush with a rich, creamy texture, the Nuvol is quintessential Yecla Monastrell. Inky, teeth-staining purple, with deep plum and black currant flavors, highlighted by graphite and a hint of chalk. Great with braised lamb, beef stew or mushroom risotto.
