Winemaker's Notes:

Intensely perfumed nose of red and black berry fruit blended with an animal touch and pleasant oaky notes. Rich, structured and robust, revealing superb fleshiness. Very good ageing potential. Food-wine matches: Marinated meat – Game – Full-flavored cheeses.
