Novy Family Wines Syrah Dry Creek Valley 2004
"The 2004 Novy Rosella's Vineyard Syrah displays a beautiful color with a lush texture. The wine also has good natural acidity and silky tannins that give it great structure and backbone. Aromas of blackberries, cream, and raspberries. The mouthfeel is explosive and the finish is long. This wine is great on its own but, will also pair well with red meat dishes. "
RiceSelect's fragrant Jasmati® is blended with eggs, milk and fall's favorite spices, cinnamon and nutmeg, to create a delicious rice pudding, which is layered on top of fluffy cream cheese and abuttery pecan crust. Pairs well with a bold, tawny port with flavors of dried fruits, nuts, and spices.

Dark, saturated color, with ripe, rich huckleberry, wild berry and raspberry flavors that are vivid and focused, ending with ripe, fine grained tannins. Drink now through 2009.
The 2004 Syrah Garysrsquo; Vineyard is an expressive, opulently textured effort boasting a vivid dark ruby/purple color along with a beautiful bouquet of creme de cassis, acacia flowers, and blackberries. Pure, voluptuously textured, dense, rich, and irresistible, it should drink well for 7ndash;8 years.
