Nota Bene proves that you don't have to spend $50 for a wine from one of Washington's greatest vineyards. Big, and bold the wine has deep fruit and mando tannic structure, much more than I had expected for a $25 bottle. It shows all the refinement this vineyard is known for. A true value.

Winemaker's Notes:

Ciel du Cheval Vineyard is one of the premier vineyards in Washington State. Located in the AVA of Red Mountain it is blessed with warm days and cool nights that ensure mature ripe flavors will dominate. This blend of equal parts Cabernet and Merlot is showing dark fruit wrapped in a bold structure of tannins that coat your mouth with each sip and go on forever
