This enticing wine is deep and complex, with ripe cherry and cassis aromas, mid-notes of boysenberry, and overtones of crushed peppercorn. full-bodied and intense, the plum and blackberry flavors lead to a velvety finish and sweet oak aftertaste. Pairs well with spicy meat entrees such as venison or pork roast, and can also compliment a dessert such as German chocolate cake. Will improve with cellar aging until 2020.

- This wine is now by far my new fav i would have to say that i have not found a CAB that is this BIG or this TASTY most have more when i called the winery they said that stock is limited so i bought 2 cases. This is a most have for your celler
